Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) is drafted in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EU). It outlines the conditions under which customers may return products purchased from Revixs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1 Under EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
1.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the customer (or a third party designated by the customer) receives the goods.

Important:
1.3 For health and hygiene reasons, opened nutritional products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).
1.4 Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return within the 14-day period.

2. Return Conditions

2.1 To be eligible for return, products must be:

  a. Unopened and unused;

  b. In their original, undamaged packaging;

  c. Accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

2.2 Products that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

3. Return Procedure

3.1 Customers must notify us of their intent to return by contacting support@revixs.com and providing the order number.

3.2 After approval, customers will receive return instructions and the return address.

3.3 The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of the decision to withdraw.



4. Return Shipping Costs

4.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
  a. The item was delivered incorrectly;
  b. The item arrived damaged or defective.
4.2 In cases 4.1a–b, we will cover all return or replacement shipping costs.


5. Refunds

5.1 Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the eligible amount.
5.2 Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
5.3 Refund processing may take 3–5 business days, depending on the payment provider.
5.4 Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return results from our error.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

6.1 Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
6.2 Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or corrective solution at no cost to the customer.

7. Amendments

7.1 We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
7.2 Changes take effect upon publication on our website.
